THURSDAY AND FRIDAY OCT. 25 AND 26 - CONTINUATION OF Myth Skits presentations!
MONDAY, OCT. 29: First Summative TASK DUE
FRIDAY, Oct. 26
Myth Skits continue...
TKAM introduction to Chapter ONE.
HW: Work on Part ONE of the Summative to hand in THIS MONDAY.
FIRST TASK: Literary skill #1, 2, or 3 in a poster, poem/song, or script.
  • IF you are handing in your SONG/POEM, please include the lyrics, the name of the recording artist, and a written explanation of the ways in which the MEANING OF THE SONG CONVEYS ONE of the literary skills (character development, character connection to theme, or conflict that shapes character). This explanation should be thorough. In order to fully develop your ideas and provide a thorough answer, you will need at least 250-350 wds.
  • Your poster should clearly convey in a visual manner either character development, how the central character is connected to the theme (so you must also clearly state the theme), or the ways in which a major conflict has shaped a central character. The poster is a VISUAL product but can incorporate some text. However, it should be mostly VISUAL, not a written assignment mounted on a poster.
